We accept the reality that accidents and thefts can arise on a regular basis, but we’re not fans of the inconvenience and difficulty it causes you!

If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in a car accident or suffer a loss or damage to your vehicle, you must report the incident to us as soon as possible.

To make this easier please have to hand the following pieces of information - it could help you when making a car insurance claim:

1. Date and time of the incident

2. Location of the incident

3. Telephone number, name and addresses of parties involved and their vehicle registration number(s), if known

4. Details of how the loss occurred e.g. accident, fire, theft, etc

5. Photographic evidence (if possible)
